Cancellation Notice Required
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to:
- Offer your time slot to another patient in need
- Ensure our practitioners can effectively manage their schedules
- Maintain reasonable wait times for all patients seeking care
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule:
Please do not cancel via text message as these may not be received in time.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

These fees cannot be billed to insurance and are the patient's responsibility.
Illness Policy
We understand that illness can be unpredictable. If you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or have a fever, please do not attend your appointment.

- We will do our best to reschedule you without penalty

Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you have a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will always try to accommodate you fairly.
Repeated Cancellations
Patients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be asked to pay in advance for future bookings or may be referred to another provider.
Arriving Late
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to see you for the remaining time. If more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and late arrivals may be subject to the late cancellation fee.
Why We Have This Policy
Our practitioners are specialized professionals in high demand. When an appointment slot goes unused:
- Another patient who needs care cannot access that time
- Our practitioners lose income for time they've reserved for you
- It impacts our ability to serve our community effectively
