Your Practitioner

Mellany Hong — RMT · R.TCMP

For more than fifteen years, Mellany has practised therapeutic massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine across Burlington. Every session is individually planned — adapted in real time to how your body is responding, what you brought in with you, and what's actually changing on the table.

Dual registration means your RMT session can incorporate modalities most clinics keep separate — cupping or myofascial work woven into a single appointment when the assessment calls for it.

Common questions

Before you book

Is direct insurance billing available?+

Yes — direct billing is available for most extended-health benefit plans in Ontario. You'll receive an itemized receipt for plans we cannot bill directly.

What should I bring to my first appointment?+

Just your benefits card if you'd like direct billing. You'll fill out a brief intake form online before your visit, so the session can begin promptly when you arrive.

How is OMNI Clinic different from other RMTs in Burlington?+
